Technical Features:
Adopting the direct connection technology between the air duct and the bottle feeding wheel, the bottle feeding screw and conveyor chain are eliminated, making it simple and easy to change the bottle shape.
The bottle transmission adopts full process bottleneck technology, and changing the bottle shape does not require adjusting the height of the equipment. Only the nylon parts such as the arc-shaped guide plate and dial wheel related to the diameter of the bottle body need to be replaced.
The high-speed line adopts bottle clamp transmission technology, which allows for more freedom in bottle shape changes and a simpler working table inside the unit;
The three in one unit completes the three processes of bottle washing, filling, and sealing in one go, with minimal bottle wear, accurate and stable transmission, and convenient bottle type replacement.
The specially designed all stainless steel bottle punching machine has a sturdy and durable bottle clamp that does not touch the threaded part of the bottle mouth, avoiding secondary contamination of the bottle mouth.
High speed and high flow gravity filling valve, fast filling speed, accurate liquid level without liquid loss.
All components in contact with liquids are made of high-quality stainless steel or food grade engineering plastics, and most electrical systems use imported components that comply with national food hygiene standards
The bottle bottom support plate of the bottle dispensing wheel adopts a spiral descent method, and changing the bottle shape does not require adjusting the height of the bottle dispensing conveyor chain.
Main components of the equipment
The three in one host consists of components such as bottle washing machine, filling machine, capping machine, frame, sealing window, main motor and transmission system, bottle conveying fine, capping machine and electrical control system.
The flipping mechanism of the bottle washing machine mainly consists of a water distribution tray, a bottle washing clamp, an upper turntable, a guide rail, a protective cover, a water spray device, and a water receiving tray
The filling mechanism mainly consists of filling barrels, filling valves, guide rails, lifting devices, and bottle lifting devices.
The capping mechanism consists of three major components: a capping device, a lid dropping guide rail, and a capping machine.
The auxiliary (or optional) equipment includes a bottle flushing water reflux tank, an inlet air duct, and an outlet chain. In addition, a manual bottle loading platform (or bottle sorting machine), a multi row differential chain manual bottle discharge platform, an automatic capping machine, etc. can be configured according to customer requirements.
